Terms and Conditions – Monkey Shoulder Club Lucky Draw Contest

1. Eligibility

• The contest is open to individuals of legal drinking age as per applicable state laws.
• Participation is valid only upon purchase of Monkey Shoulder whisky as specified in these terms.

2. Terms

• Purchase one Monkey Shoulder drink (60ml or 2 x 30ml) at the participating club to receive one (1) lucky draw coupon.
• The coupon will be provided by the server at the club at the time of purchase.
• The consumer must fill in all required details on the coupon: Name, Mobile Number, Email ID, Club Membership Number (if applicable), and Invoice Number.
• One copy of the coupon is to be retained by the consumer and one copy must be placed by the consumer in the designated drop box at the club.
• Incomplete or illegible entries will be considered invalid.

3. Draw Process

• Weekly lucky draws will be conducted by club management in the presence of club staff.
• Monthly lucky draws will be conducted by the Club Manager or a senior club stakeholder.
• All draws must be conducted in a fair and transparent manner. Decisions made during the draw are final and binding.

4. Winner Announcement

• Weekly prize announcements shall preferably be made as per club management decision.
• The WGS representative will contact the winner using the mobile number provided on the coupon.
• The date and time for prize handover will be mutually scheduled.
• The prize will be handed over at the club in the presence of a club official, or delivered to the winner's residence where applicable.
• Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item.

5. General Conditions

• Club staff, agency partners, and distributor personnel directly associated with the promotion may be restricted from participating at the discretion of the management and WG&S.
• William Grant & Sons and the participating club reserve the right to verify participant detailsbefore awarding the prize.
• William Grant & Sons reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice.
• By participating, the consumer agrees to allow the use of their name and photograph for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
• William Grant & Sons and the participating club shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred in connection with the contest or prizes.

6. Privacy

• The personal information collected may be used for the purpose of the promotion and prize fulfillment and will not be shared with third parties except where required by law or regulatory authorities.

7. Compliance

• This promotion is subject to all applicable state excise laws and regulations.
• Drink responsibly. Do not drink and drive. Alcohol consumption is injurious to health.
• Participation in the promotion implies acceptance of all terms and conditions herein.
• All disputes arising out of or in connection with this contest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gurgaon, Haryana.
